Gorka Elejabarrieta, responsible for international relations of SORTU, took part in a conference about the Basque peace process and its current situation which took place in Oslo, Norway.
The conference was organized by the Institute for the Investigation for Peace in Oslo (PRIO) and marked the beginning of a new project for this organization that is titled "Imagining Sovereignties: State Frontiers and Globalization", and it is financed by the Council of Investigation of Norway.

For SORTU the recommendations presented yesterday by representatives of Lokarri and of the organizers of the "Social Forum to Promote the Peace Process" which took place last March in Iruñea and Bilbao suppose a valid reference to make viable the process for solutions.
In this sense, from SORTU we wish to manifest that we will participate in the exercise that is planted by the Forum with a constructive attitude and our own position.
